How HPN Global Has Grown Through the Eyes of a Nine-Year Partner

Karen Strgacich has been coming to the HPN Global Annual Partner Conference for nine years. When she started, she did not know anyone. Her mindset was simple: lock and load, learn the people, learn the culture, and have fun.

What she found was an organization that made that easy, and one that has only gotten better.

We sat down with Karen at HPN25 in Las Vegas, where she reflected on nearly a decade of showing up and watching HPN Global grow.

Year after year, Karen noticed something happening. The company was maturing. The Associates were getting sharper. The culture was deepening. As she puts it, the growth has been palpable in ways that are hard to put into words.

What stands out most to her is how well HPN Associates know their clients. Not just know them, but really know them. That depth of knowledge makes every interaction more productive and every partnership more valuable. When you are working alongside someone who already has a strong relationship with their client, it changes the dynamic entirely.

Karen describes HPN Global as fun but serious, and that balance is something she has watched develop over the years. The culture has always had energy and joy to it. But the work is intentional, the relationships are genuine, and the results speak for themselves. For hotel partners like Karen, that combination matters. You want to enjoy the people you are doing business with. You also want to trust them. At HPN, she has found both.

Karen says HPN Global exudes joy, and that it makes her job fun. Nine years in, she is still grateful for it. That kind of culture is not manufactured. It is built over years of doing business the right way, with the right people, and it shows up every time this community gets together.

We hope to see you in Tulum this September.
