Senior VP of Sourcing & Hotel Relations
Through the use of a proprietary application, co-developed by Desi, her team expedites hotel responses providing the most efficient process for sales associates and their clients. Desi Whitney leads the Sourcing Operations Team and is in charge of hotel relations for HPN Global.

Chief Financial Officer
Bruce is responsible for managing the companies day to day Finance, Technology and Administrative Operations. He brings 35 years of hospitality industry experience to his role having worked with a number of preeminent hospitality organizations and properties throughout his career. Bruce and his team continue to build on HPN’s sound fundamentals with an eye on leveraging technology and efficient practices to ensure HPN’s operations are positioned for efficiency and scalability.

Vice President and Managing Director, Meeting Services
Jil Dasher oversees HPN Meeting Services, the Full Service Meeting and Event Management division that offers custom management solutions for HPN site selection clients. Jil began her career with HPN in 2005 as a Program Manager leading product launches, sales meetings and association conventions for groups from 250 to 2000 people.

Abbe McFarland joined Hospitality Performance Network in 2012 and serves as the Director of Recruiting. Her primary focus is talent acquisition, educating prospective employees on the career opportunities within HPN. She brings over 13 years of corporate recruitment and human resource experience.

Director of Accounting & Finance
Teri joined HPN in 2012 and serves as the Accounting Manager. She studied at Keller Graduate School of Management where she received her Master Degree in Accounting. Teri is responsible for the daily accounting activity but most importantly processing weekly commission payments for the Associates!

Kiersten joined HPN in November 2015 as a Program Director in the Full Service Meeting & Event Management division. Prior to joining the stellar HPN team, Kiersten worked for a DMC in both Scottsdale and San Diego where she gained extensive experience in sales, design & development and operations. Alyssa De La Fuente
Manager, Sourcing Operations
Alyssa had always been intrigued by the quote, “If you love what you do, then it won’t seem like you’re going to work every day.” So she set out searching for that one thing, which she “accidentally” found with HPN Global in 2011. After landing this fantastic job that gave her the opportunity to explore the hospitality and site selection industry, Alyssa realized: I love this stuff, and I’m pretty good at it. And so, her career-life was forever changed!

Tulcy Jones joined Hospitality Performance Network in 2006 straight from the UK and serves as the Director of Lead Generation / Vice President, Global Sales.
Her role involves assisting HPN Management in new Associate orientation, providing training, sales support through her team of marketing reps as well as managing site selection for her clients.

Angie joined HPN in 2005. She has been planning, marketing and executing successful events around the globe for over 20 years. In addition to a breadth of experience in meeting and event operations, she has specialized skills in meeting technology and event marketing campaigns.

Desiree comes from a diverse hospitality background, spread over 6 years in the industry. She began her career in hospitality with HPN Global in Sourcing Operations—researching and sending out qualified leads to global destinations, easing the site selection process for our clients, and eventually leading that team.
