Steve Scatino became a partner at Hospitality Performance Network in 2002. He has more than 25 years of industry experience, which includes positions in sales and sales management with several independent conference centers in Scottsdale, Arizona and Washington, D.C.

Kip Horton has been with Hospitality Performance Network for over 5 years. As Senior Vice President of Talent Support and Strategy, he spends the majority of his time working with our associates. Whether it’s their first day or 10th year, he acts as a liaison between them and the Corporate team to find their individual paths to success.

Senior Vice President, Sourcing Operations & Industry Relations

Through the use of a proprietary application, co-developed by Desi, her team expedites hotel responses providing the most efficient process for sales associates and their clients. Desi Whitney leads the Sourcing Operations Team and is in charge of hotel relations for HPN Global.

Bruce Campbell

Chief Financial Officer

Bruce is responsible for managing the companies day to day Finance, Technology and Administrative Operations. He brings 35 years of hospitality industry experience to his role having worked with a number of preeminent hospitality organizations and properties throughout his career. Bruce and his team continue to build on HPN’s sound fundamentals with an eye on leveraging technology and efficient practices to ensure HPN’s operations are positioned for efficiency and scalability.

Jil Dasher

Senior Vice President & Managing Director, Meeting Services

Jil Dasher oversees HPN Meeting Services, the Full Service Meeting and Event Management division that offers custom management solutions for HPN site selection clients. Jil began her career with HPN in 2005 as a Program Manager leading product launches, sales meetings and association conventions for groups from 250 to 2000 people.

Senior Vice President, Sales Operations

Harold Batiste joined Hospitality Performance Network in 2019. As Senior Vice President, Sales Operations, Harold acts as the primary liaison between HPN Global’s 170+ associates and the company’s diverse portfolio of hotel and industry suppliers.

Teri Grammens

Vice President, Accounting

Teri joined HPN in 2012 and serves as the Vice President of Accounting. She studied at Keller Graduate School of Management where she received her Master Degree in Accounting. Teri is responsible for the daily accounting activity but most importantly processing weekly commission payments for the Associates!

Kiersten Perry

Director of Meeting Services

Kiersten joined HPN in November 2015 as a Program Director in the Full Service Meeting & Event Management division. Prior to joining the stellar HPN team, Kiersten worked for a DMC in both Scottsdale and San Diego where she gained extensive experience in sales, design & development and operations. She also has a background in hotels, working as a sales admin and convention services manager for different high volume hotels.

Alyssa De La Fuente

Director, Sourcing Operations

Alyssa had always been intrigued by the quote, “If you love what you do, then it won’t seem like you’re going to work every day.” So she set out searching for that one thing, which she “accidentally” found at HPN Global in 2011. After landing this fantastic job that gave her the opportunity to explore the hospitality and site selection industry, Alyssa realized: I love this stuff, and I’m pretty good at it. And so, her career-life was forever changed!
