Mandi’s why has always been simple. Meeting planners spend their careers taking care of everyone else, and rarely get a moment to slow down and be taken care of themselves. That belief is exactly what led her to create the All About YOU Adventure event series, and the latest edition, held in Las Vegas, kept that mission going.
Hosted in partnership with MGM Resorts International, this All About YOU Adventure brought together clients for a day built around relaxation, renewal, learning, and inspiration.
The day combined wellness with genuine industry insight. Panel conversations covered practical, real-world topics, including how to build creativity into event planning, why standing panels create more energy than traditional seated ones, and how thoughtful details like music and food can transform the feel of an event.
Attendees walked away with ideas they could use immediately. From team-building experiences at Las Vegas’s sunflower farm to creative options inside Allegiant Stadium’s twelve event spaces, the day was full of fresh perspective on what a meeting or event can look like when curiosity leads the way.
There was also a strong thread of personal wellness throughout the day, from breathing techniques to journaling practices, all framed around a simple idea. Taking care of yourself personally makes you better at your job professionally.
