It is official. Registration for the HPN26 Annual Partner Conference is open, and we could not be more excited to welcome you to Tulum.
This is not your average conference. HPN26 is designed around one thing: relationships. The kind that lead to real business, real trust, and real results.

The Meaning Behind the Logo
This year’s logo is rooted in the culture of the destination, and each symbol was chosen with intention.
The Jaguar, the most important figure in Mayan culture, represents power and leadership. The Feathered Snake, one of the most revered deities in Mayan tradition, symbolizes wisdom and progress. The Tulum Castle, a navigational lighthouse and historic exchange hub, represents connection, direction, and the bringing together of what matters most.
Together, these symbols reflect exactly what we are bringing to Tulum this September: leadership, wisdom, and a shared commitment to the relationships and exchanges that drive this industry forward.
What to Expect
Three days of focused networking, collaboration, and business development, all on property at one of the most beautiful all-inclusive resorts in Mexico.
Wednesday evening kicks off with a Welcome Reception. Thursday and Friday bring General Sessions, Relationship Roundtables, Best Practices Breakouts, an Industry Panel, Team Building, and a Closing Reception.
A few things to know before you arrive. The dress code is casual comfort, jeans fit right in. Social events are built around networking and relationships, and we will share themes in advance so you can plan accordingly. One of the highlights of the agenda is the Relationship Roundtables, group-style appointments between an Associate and multiple industry partners, focused on the kind of relationship building that is at the foundation of everything we do. Look for appointment details in mid-August.
Why It Matters
Partners walk away with direct access to our Associates, Executive team, Sourcing Managers, and Meeting Services team, the people responsible for placing a significant volume of meetings and events every year. HPN26 is where deals get done. Come ready to build something.

- Registration Fee: $4,400 per attendee Hotel Rate: $500/night single | $710/night double (all-inclusive)
- Airports: Tulum International Airport (TQO) is 40.6 miles from the resort; Cancun International Airport (CUN) is 59.5 miles.
- Airport Transfers: Included from Cancun International Airport (CUN) during peak arrival and departure windows.
All-inclusive rates cover all meals, snacks, specialty coffees, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, room service, fitness center access, accommodations, taxes, and gratuities. Partner registration is non-refundable but may be transferred to another attendee from your property.
