The Power of Face-to-Face Meetings in a Digital World
At HPN Global, we believe relationships are the foundation of everything we do. While virtual tools help us stay connected, nothing replaces the energy, trust, and value that comes from face-to-face meetings.
Recently, our team has been reconnecting with partners and clients in person across the globe. From Toronto and Nashville to Frankfurt and New York City, these moments remind us why relationships matter.
Celebrating Partnership in Toronto and Nashville
In Toronto, our team gathered at The Westin Harbour Castle for a special evening with clients and industry friends. Hosted by the incredible Westin team, the event featured handcrafted cocktails and a chef-curated dinner that brought everyone together.
Paula Seibezzi shared this reflection on the evening:
“It’s not just about great food and drinks. It’s about spending quality time with people, creating memorable connections that go beyond the event itself and building the kind of partnerships that make this industry so special.”

In Nashville, Omni Hotels & Resorts hosted an experiential education event that showcased their creativity, innovation, and heart. The itinerary included everything from a sunrise “SWEATworking” walk to a custom AI-generated bus tour and a group songwriting session in a music studio. It was a day of laughter, learning, and genuine collaboration with our industry peers.
As Mandi Graziano put it:
“It’s so difficult to get out of the office for a couple of days and when we do, it’s so meaningful to spend it with partners who invest in the time and creative energy to make it worth the while.”

Insights from IMEX Frankfurt
On the international stage, our team connected with colleagues and new partners at IMEX Frankfurt. Kip Horton, Senior Vice President of Strategy, shared his perspective after the event.
From reconnecting with longtime industry friends to meeting new partners and suppliers, the benefit of attending shows like IMEX is undeniable. Kip Horton, Senior Vice President of Strategy at HPN Global, shared this reflection from Frankfurt:
“Here in Frankfurt at IMEX and it reminded me to let you folks out there know how key it is to try and pop in to a show or two each year. While running across potential clients, meeting old and new partners and suppliers is key, the true benefit is sharing time with your cousins in the HPN family. Meeting folks who recently joined, renewing old acquaintances and sharing stories and best practices is invaluable.”
Whether it’s your first time attending or your hundredth, Kip reminds us that these events are worth showing up for. Industry shows are where conversations happen, ideas are exchanged, and relationships are renewed.

A Day in NYC with Hyatt
Back in the U.S., Marie Madden and a group of HPN associates gathered at the Andaz 5th Avenue in New York City. With thanks to our friends at Hyatt, the day was filled with warm connections and engaging dialogue.
“I enjoyed seeing old friends, meeting so many new ones, the great conversations, and the fun facts you all shared,” said Marie. “I can’t wait to work with you all soon.”

Why It Matters
Moments like these are a reminder of what makes our community special. Face-to-face meetings allow for spontaneous conversations and the type of collaboration that just cannot happen over email. These experiences reflect what we have always believed at HPN. In-person meetings build trust, spark creativity, and bring people together in meaningful ways.
