National Sales Meeting — North American Breweries
CHALLENGE:
Create a national sales meeting that fosters unity between seven different brands, while crafting ample networking opportunities with their customers (their wholesalers) in an over-the-top interactive environment.
GOALS:
Bring targeted content to both employees and wholesalers in general session, while keeping the energy up over several presentations. Once outside general session, creating networking opportunities at every turn while showcasing each one of the individual brands.
SOLUTION:
Together with the Client, HPN Meeting Services crafted a show flow with executive presenters, interactive entertainment, video production and more to keep the energy up in general session. Upon being released from each session, pop-up tasting experiences awaited attendees with cold draft beverages available, with limited edition, new releases or typically unavailable product samples. Evening events hosted each night showcased the beverage industries ties to sports, music, entertainment and more with hand-picked special event venues and endless interactive networking.
RESULTS:
