By participating in this HPN Global & Hilton Honors Points Giveaway promoted by HPN Global (hpnglobal.com), entrants who agree to receive occasional emails from HPN Global and its affiliates. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time. Entrant’s information will never be sold. Eligibility: Winner must be a resident of the United States and must be 18 years of age as of April 1, 2023.

By entering the HPN Global & Hilton Honors Points Giveaway, the entrant also agrees to the following:

HOW TO ENTER

By entering this giveaway via the landing page, an entrant will be entered to win. Only one entry per person. This giveaway begins at 8:00 a.m. ET on April 1, 2023. The last day to have your entry counted is November 22, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. ET.

After entering, the entrant will be contacted by an HPN Global representative about booking a meeting through HPN Global into a Hilton Hotel. Only entrants who have submitted their information and booked a meeting through HPN Global into a Hilton Hotel between April 1, 2023, and December 31, 2023, will be able to win the prize.

WINNER/PRIZE

By accepting the prize, the winner(s) agrees that HPN Global and its affiliates may use the winner’s name on social media and in print, for announcements and advertising purposes without further consideration, unless prohibited by law.

One winner will be randomly selected to win 250,000 Hilton Honors Points. A second winner will be awarded 100,000 Hilton Honors Points. HPN Global is not responsible for lost, late, or stolen prizes and none will be replaced. Prize is not transferable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash or other substitution may be made, except by HPN Global in the event that the giveaway prize cannot be awarded for any reason, in which case, HPN Global will provide a prize of equal or greater value.

The winner(s) will be contacted via email on January 2, 2024, and must respond to the confirmation email within one (1) week or the winner(s) forfeits their prize winnings and another winner(s) will be randomly selected.

BY ACCEPTING THE PRIZE, THE WINNER(S) AGREES THAT HPN GLOBAL, THEIR SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, AND ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND WILL BE HELD HARMLESS BY WINNER(S) FOR ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH, AND PROPERTY, DUE IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS GIVEAWAY OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY GIVEAWAY OR PRIZE RELATED ACTIVITY.
