Senior Vice President, Sales Operations
Harold Batiste serves as Senior Vice President, Sales Operations for HPN Global, where he plays a key leadership role as the primary liaison between HPN Global’s 180+ associates and the company’s diverse portfolio of hotel and industry suppliers. Leveraging more than two decades of hospitality experience, Harold helps drive strategic alignment across the meetings and events ecosystem, leading both ends of the supply chain process to ensure our clients and our associates’ secure the right meeting solution, in the right destinations, at the right value.
In addition to his leadership role at HPN Global, Harold serves on several industry advisory boards, where he contributes thought leadership and strategic guidance on issues shaping the future of the meetings and events industry. His collaborative approach and ability to build meaningful partnerships have earned him a reputation as a respected connector and advocate across the hospitality community.
Prior to joining HPN Global in 2019, Harold spent the majority of his career with Marriott International, where he advanced through a variety of operational, sales, and leadership positions. His experience ranged from front office hotel operations to sales at Marriott Vacation Club to serving as a Global Account Executive within Marriott’s Global Sales Organization, representing the company’s complete portfolio of brands. Along the way, he held sales leadership roles at several key properties including Marriott Harbor Beach Resort, The Ritz-Carlton, Key Biscayne, The Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay, and The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island.
Harold attended Winston-Salem State University and resides in the Charlotte, North Carolina area with his wonderful wife and their two daughters.
