Senior Vice President, Sales Operations
Harold Batiste joined Hospitality Performance Network in 2019. As Senior Vice President, Sales Operations, Harold acts as the primary liaison between HPN Global’s 170+ associates and the company’s diverse portfolio of hotel and industry suppliers. In an ever-changing and many times challenging market, Harold helps associates manage a litany of issues that could surface from contract language, to meeting space and guest-room questions. Regardless of the business environment, Harold leads both ends of the supply chain process to ensure our clients and our associates’ close business with the right hotels at the right rates.
With over 20 years in the hospitality industry, Harold spent the majority his career with Marriott International. His roles spanned from front desk agent to Global Account Executive in Marriott’s Global Sales Organization representing all 30 of Marriott’s brands. Harold actually began his sales career with Marriott Vacation Club selling timeshare. From there he progressed into sales leadership at several resorts such as Marriott Harbor Beach Resort, The Ritz- Carlton, Key Biscayne, The Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay and The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island.
Harold attended Winston-Salem State University and resides in Fernandina Beach, Florida with his wonderful wife and their two daughters.
