Senior Vice President, Talent Support & Strategy

Kip Horton has been with Hospitality Performance Network for over 5 years. As Senior Vice President of Talent Support and Strategy, he spends the majority of his time working with our associates. Whether it’s their first day or 10th year, he acts as a liaison between them and the Corporate team to find their individual paths to success. He promotes HPN’s brand through associate participation at major industry events like IMEX and IBTM.

His strategy duties involve some  industry partnerships and helping keep the company moving forward through new process development and innovations.

His 35 years in the industry before HPN saw him finish as Vice President of Europe,Africa and Middle East for Starwood hotels where he spent 10 years with his wonderful wife and two sons. He is now based out of Minneapolis Minnesota.
