Joe Forster is co-founder of Hospitality Performance Network and serves as president and chief operating officer. He works diligently with the overall HPN team and with industry leaders to increase HPN’s effectiveness in the marketplace.
Prior to founding HPN, he spent 20 years selling and managing various Independent Conference Center properties.
Experience includes time spent as EVP, Scottsdale Plaza Resort, management company principle Seabrook Island Conference Resort in Charleston, S.C. Prior to Seabrook, Joe Forster served as director of sales and marketing for Westfield’s International Conference Center outside Washington DC., and began his career, in 1984, as a national accounts manager at the Scottsdale Conference Resort.
Joe graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelors of Science degree in Business/Marketing. Joe met his wife of 25 years, Gina, in Collegeand they have 3 children, Joe IV 22, a graduate of California Lutheran University, Jamie 19, sophomore at THE University of Arizona, and Jared 16, a sophomore at Notre Dame Preparatory.
